Ingredients for the chicken patty cheeseburger

Chicken patties:

    • Ground chicken: 1 pound
    • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup
    • Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup
    • Garlic powder: 2 teaspoons
    • Onion powder: 2 teaspoons
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Olive oil (for cooking) : 4 tablespoons

Assembling:

    • Burger: 2 buns
    • Cheddar cheese: 4 slices
    • Sliced onions
    • Sliced tomatoes
    • Lettuce leaves
    • Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise (optional)
    • Pickles (optional)

Homemade Fries:

    • Potatoes, peeled and cut into fries: 4 large
    • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Homemade Cola:

    • Water: 2 cups
    • Granulated sugar: 1 cup
    • Caramel extract: 1 tablespoon
    • Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
    • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
    • Lime juice: 1 tablespoon
    • Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon
    • Nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon
    • Soda water

Instructions:

Make the chicken patties:

    • Take a bowl and mix the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
    • Separate the mixture into four equal portions and make patties from them.
    • Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Cook the chicken patties for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Make sure the inside temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C.

Prepare the homemade fries:

    • Adjust the oven temperature to 425°F or 220°C. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Toss the potato fries with salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
    • On the prepared baking sheet, spread the fries equally and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Prepare the homemade cola:

    • In a saucepan, mix sugar and water. Bring to a boil while stirring to dissolve the sugar.
