Ingredients:

For the beef cutlet:

  • Breadcrumbs:  1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion:  1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped bell pepper:  1/4 cup
  • Clove garlic, minced:  1
  • Egg:  1
  • Worcestershire sauce:  1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For the mustard sauce:

  • Mayonnaise:  1/4 cup
  • Dijon mustard:  2 tablespoons
  • Honey:  1 teaspoon
  • White vinegar:  1/2 teaspoon

Burger:

  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Cheese slices

Fries:

  • Salt
  • Potatoes, cut into fries
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions for the:

Beef cutlet:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into burger-sized patties.
  • In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the beef cutlets until they’re cooked to your preferred doneness.

Mustard sauce:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, white vinegar, and honey. Set the sauce aside.

Fries:

  • In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil.
